Look at that. Didn't even make it to SAVING the file. Instead, I put my laptop away and just listened to the professor talk while eating a sandwich. It was a great sandwich. Chicken pesto. Man, you should have tasted this thing. It was great.

I did slightly better today...

Hope everyone had an excellent holiday season! I spent my new year's eve at our family friend's annual party, quickly breaking the ice among the younger party-goers with some viral youtube videos of the "cat hiccups and farts at the same time" variety. I would. (I briefly considered "spend less time watching cat videos" as a new year's resolution but...I can't. I'm weak.)

I returned to San Diego today so I lifted my bed covers to check for any spiders that might have rented out my bed while I was gone. There were none so I breathed a sigh of relief until I looked at the wall and OH GOD there was this HUGE SPIDER. erjaeighgilheilagheebiejeebies. I'm pretty sure I scared my neighbors with my screaming. Sorry, neighbors.
